Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using PartWiz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free-tier users and paying subscribers.
2. The Service
PartWiz provides a REST API that enriches spare part numbers with structured product data, including specifications, fitment data, cross-references, SEO metadata, and AI-ready content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share it publicly or embed it in client-side code. You are liable for all usage under your API key. Notify us immediately at contact@partwiz.app if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You may use PartWiz output to enrich your own product catalog and build commercial products. You may not: resell raw API responses as a standalone data feed; use the Service to train competing machine learning models; attempt to reverse-engineer our data sources or proprietary models; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
5. Plans, billing and cancellation
Plan prices are as stated on the pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Free tier
The free tier includes 25 part enrichments and is intended for evaluation purposes. We may change or discontinue the free tier at any time. Free-tier usage is subject to the same acceptable use policy as paid plans.
7. Data accuracy
PartWiz processes and validates data using proprietary models. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not warrant that output is error-free or fit for any particular safety-critical purpose. You are responsible for verifying fitment and compatibility data before use in any application where errors could cause harm.
8. Intellectual property
PartWiz and its underlying models, software, and website content are owned by us and protected by applicable IP laws. The structured data output delivered to you via the API may be used in your products under the licence granted by your plan. No other rights are granted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartWiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
