What counts as a part in my catalog?
Each unique part number PartWiz has enriched for you counts toward your plan's database storage cap — the total size your catalog can grow to. You can add new parts up to your plan limit and upgrade anytime.
What is the difference between database storage and monthly enrichments?
Database storage is the total number of enriched parts your catalog can hold at once. Monthly enrichments are how many new or updated parts you can add each month. The Starter plan, for example, holds up to 2,000 parts in storage and processes up to 200 new enrichments per month — or you can move faster with a Storage Expansion or Enrichment Boost add-on.
What does unlimited requests mean?
There is no limit on how many times you can call the PartWiz API for parts already in your catalog. Whether your pages load 100 or 1,000,000 times a day, you pay the same monthly price. No overage charges, no throttling.
How often is the data updated?
Continuously. New IAM alternatives are added as they come to market. Fitment data is updated when new model years are released. SEO and GEO content is adjusted as search trends shift. Your catalog stays current automatically.
How does multi-language work?
You set your preferred language once at the account level. All content — titles, descriptions, keywords, FAQs — is generated and returned in that language for every part in your catalog. No need to specify language on each request.
Can I try before subscribing?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 5 parts with full functionality. No credit card required. Integrate the API, test with real parts, and upgrade when you are ready.
What happens when I reach my monthly enrichment limit or storage cap?
New parts beyond your monthly enrichment allowance are queued for next month, and once your database storage cap is full, new parts wait until you free up space or add capacity. All parts already in your catalog keep being served and updated without interruption. You can also add a Storage Expansion or Enrichment Boost from your dashboard instead of waiting or upgrading tiers.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 17% — equivalent to 2 months free. Annual plans are billed upfront. Annual subscribers also unlock a one-time Full Welcome Sync (see below) to enrich their entire catalog cap in month 1. Contact us to switch at any time.
